By using FSSA Benefits Portal to apply for or manage benefits, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site — you can still apply for benefits in person or by phone.

Providing false or misleading information on a benefits application may result in denial of benefits, required repayment, and possible civil or criminal penalties under state and federal law.
